From the moment we walked into O’Connor Commercial Refrigeration’s showroom, we were treated like family.

We were given the guided tour of Tim’s immaculate warehouse and office.

With a site so organised and owners who took the time to show us around I knew that the calibre of work that was going to come out of this company was going to be nothing short of 10/10.

OCR installed two cool rooms, an eight tap beer system and all kitchen and bar refrigeration for us. The team worked through the nights
to get our work finished on time and on budget.

That first beer we poured at about 3:00 am one Wednesday night was the coldest and best tasting beer I have ever had!

The OCR’s service did not stop when we had cold beer, Tim came back and gave us “beer lessons” and showed us how to clean and maintain our beer system and the team have come out within very short timeframes on countless occasions since we’ve opened to fix minor and major issues.

OCR is a dream to work with, their attention to detail, amazing workmanship and outstanding customer service means I would not use or recommend anyone else.
